You can find our Cedar Mill office in the Cornell Medical Commons on NW Cornell Road, near the intersection with NW Saltzman Road.
For patients coming from east, west, or south (via OR 217), easy access is provided by US-26: take Exit 67, head north on NW Murray Blvd (toward Safeway), then turn right on NW Cornell Rd.
From the north, patients can use either NW Saltzman or NW Kaiser / NW 143rd Avenue to reach NW Cornell Road, then turn left. The office will be just past NW Saltzman, on the right-hand side.
