About this service

What is physical therapy?

Our in-house physical therapists are part of your care team, not an outside referral. They build personalized recovery programs for post-surgical rehab, sports injury return-to-play, mobility and balance work, and chronic condition management. Same-clinic coordination means your provider can adjust the plan immediately based on what PT is seeing.

How we diagnose

Your physical therapist begins with a thorough assessment of your condition, movement, and strength. From there they build a plan around your goals — and because they share a clinic with your podiatrist or orthopedic provider, the plan gets adjusted in real time as you progress, without you needing to coordinate between offices.

Treatment options

Treatments we offer

Physical therapy at NES is about more than recovery — it identifies the source of pain, improves movement patterns, and strengthens the body to prevent future injuries. Plans are tailored to individual goals and lifestyle.

Hands-on techniques for joint mobility, soft-tissue tension, and pain relief.
Targeted stretching and strengthening
Movement-specific exercise programs to restore flexibility, build strength, and rebalance the body.
